How Pre-Orders Work

1. Choose your option — On pre-order products, you can pay a deposit to reserve your item, or pay in full upfront.
2. We keep you updated — You'll get email updates on production and shipping timelines, including any delays before they become a problem.
3. Balance & dispatch — If you paid a deposit, we'll charge the remaining balance automatically before your order ships. Full-payment orders ship as soon as stock arrives.

Why pre-order?

It lets us bring in gear at lower launch pricing and guarantees you a unit from a limited first run, instead of missing out once stock sells through.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — please contact us with your order details and we'll confirm your cancellation options based on your estimated ship date.

Deferred Payment & Cancellation Policy

When you place a pre-order, you are entering into a deferred purchase agreement. By completing checkout, you authorise Penthouse 4WD Accessories to charge your payment method as follows:

• Deposit orders: Your deposit is charged immediately at checkout. The remaining balance will be charged automatically once your item has arrived with us and is ready to ship.
• Full-payment orders: Your full payment is not charged until your item has arrived with us and is ready to be dispatched to you. You will not be charged the full amount before we have your tent in hand and ready to ship.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your balance payment is processed by contacting us at 

penthouse4x4accessories@gmail.com.

Once the balance has been charged and your order has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Warranty policy applies.

Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or freight delays. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your expected delivery window.
