1. Eligible products
This offer applies to the following products only: Whitehaven Penthouse, Palm Beach Penthouse 145, and Byron 270XL Awning. It does not apply to accessories, add-ons, or any other product on the site unless stated otherwise.
2. How the offer works
- 50% off applies to the first 20 units sold across the eligible product range.
- The offer is applied automatically at checkout while eligible stock/allocation remains, or via discount code
- Once 20 units have been sold, the discount ends automatically. There is no fixed end date — the offer runs until the unit cap is reached.
- The live count of units remaining is shown on the site banner and is indicative; in the rare case of a timing conflict (e.g. two orders placed simultaneously near the cap), Penthouse 4x4 will honour confirmed orders up to the 20-unit limit in the order they were received and will contact any customer affected by an oversell to offer a full refund or the next available price.
3. Pre-order stock
If the eligible product is being sold on a pre-order basis, the discount applies to the order price at time of purchase; standard pre-order terms (see main Terms of Service) continue to apply regarding estimated dispatch timeframes.
4. Payment and order confirmation
The discount is reflected in the price shown at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
5. Not combinable
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion, or offer unless explicitly stated.
6. Limit of one per purchase
The discount applies to a maximum of one (1) tent or awning per order. If multiple eligible items are added to the same order, only one will receive the discounted price — the remaining item(s) will be charged at full price.
7. Returns and refunds
Standard Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law rights apply in full to items purchased under this offer. Discounted price paid is the basis for any refund calculation.
8. Right to amend or end the offer
Penthouse 4x4 reserves the right to amend, pause, or end this promotion at any time before the 20-unit cap is reached, including due to stock, pricing, or system errors, without prior notice. Any order already confirmed before such a change will be honoured at the price paid.
