If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within [14] days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Due to the size and freight cost of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Warranty

All Penthouse 4x4 products come with a [1]-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
